Located within the award winning inner city regeneration project these 116 high specification apartments were finished to the highest of standards. The city centre homes range in size from one, two and three bedroom apartments and some of the top floor apartments feature double height living spaces with extensive glazing.
The 116 high-spec homes at The Residence, which is the residential element of the £400m Victoria Square development, offer modern accommodation situated alongside top Victoria Square retailers and residents have restaurants, cafes, a cinema and a 1,000-space basement car park on the doorstep.
These works involved the internal fit-out of residential apartments & common areas at Victoria Square Retail Development at Chichester St (91 Apartments) and William St (15 Apartments). The scope of the works included internal finishes; 2nd fix joinery; supply & installation of bathroom suites and kitchens; 2nd fix mechanical & electrical works. Approx 8,700m2 GFA.
The shell construction of the apartments was also completed by Gilbert-Ash under a joint venture for the entire £165M Victoria Square Development. This project is one of the most complex projects ever undertaken in N. Ireland. Completed in March 2008 the scheme has won a number of awards including the Construction Excellence Award for Quality Construction 2008 and the Civic Trust Award.
