Project Value: £ 8 million
This major project involved the construction of a two-storey 60-bed boarding house for boys aged 13-18 within the existing Sevenoaks School grounds.
The new facility provides associated informal study, social spaces and three residences for staff and their families.
Study bedrooms are clustered around their own social and communal hubs linking up to provide all year groups with spacious, modern facilities.
The building consists of a CLT frame, handmade brick façade, with tiles to the upper storey, and a dark zinc roof.
