Demolition of an existing medical building and construction of new medical and wellbeing pavilion in its place. The new pavilion is formed in an L-shape with both elevations of the building tying in to the existing college buildings. This formed part of our overall £10m redevelopment of a number of buildings for Eltham College

Blackened larch timber cladding encases the new building which will turn an attractive grey colour over time.
