With 188 bedrooms across eight floors, the AC Hotel by Marriott is one of Belfast’s largest hotels.
It represents Marriott International’s first development in Northern Ireland and boasts a modern, progressive exterior with high-quality finishes throughout the interior, reflecting Gilbert-Ash’s extensive experience in the hospitality and hotels sector.
Carea rainscreen cladding on the exterior of the building in Iceberg and Basalt colours create a striking contrast of colour emerging from the docks onto the Belfast skyline.
The interior, with high-quality materials from all over the world, is in keeping with the classic AC Hotel signature branding creating a refined elegance throughout.
