Design and redevelopment of a Grade II listed building, Bentham House, with a neighbouring mid-20th century building, Gideon Schreier Wing, within the predominantly Georgian conservation area.

The adjacent building was significantly remodelled including a major extension at the rear and a completely new exterior façade with Portland stone. Gilbert-Ash delivered a quality space for teaching, research and professional services, as well as improved common areas for staff and students of the Faculty of Laws. The works were completed within the live and occupied University College London campus in Bloomsbury.
