We are committed to operating a responsible business so that we have a positive impact on the environment, society and the economy. We have aligned our company with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that are most applicable to our business, to ensure we support the global movement of achieving a more sustainable future for all.

The SDGs provide a powerful aspiration for improving our world – setting out where we collectively need to go and how to get there. Responsible business is essential to achieving this transformational change. We recognise our role in meeting these ambitious targets.

We have applied the five steps set out by the Sustainable Development Goal Advocates and are focused on the SDGs most applicable to us. We have integrated the SDGs within our four Corporate Responsibility Pillars:

We are committed to responsible business by operating in an ethical and transparent manner. We recognise our responsibility to incorporate social, environmental and ethical operations into our business particularly with regards our procurement procedures, life cycle of the products we use and the rights of workers across our supply chain.

We are committed to building a strong diverse workforce and supply chain in accordance with our “Together As One” initiative. We will continue to invest in the professional development of our people, to ensure we retain the in-house knowledge and expertise required by our industry.

We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of everyone involved in our projects, protecting the natural environment throughout all of our operations, and encouraging a culture where we can continue to improve our overall business performance.

Building Relations through Social Value
