Design and build repair, refurbishment and restoration from basement to roof level of Kodak House, a Grade II listed 7 storey office building, including internal and external alterations to form a new CAT A office.
The project scope includes replacement of windows to all elevations with crittal effect glazing and sympathetic restoration of the Kingsway reception entrance. The basement is fitted out for a shower and cycle scheme and a new communal roof terrace has been added at 8th floor level comprising CLT panels.
