Pinnacle N10, in the affluent town of Muswell Hill, North London, was the design and build of a four storey mixed use development comprising 22 deluxe apartments.

It also included a new centre for Cerebral Palsy, six townhouses and one commercial unit.

The building consists of a concrete frame, basement and a combination of glass, metal and brick cladding leading onto terraces with metal balustrades.

The development sits on a steeply stepping site broken up in an alternating pattern of brick and glazed elements. With spectacular views across London, the development benefits from access to magnificent open spaces nearby.
