Design and construction of a new 114 bed aparthotel comprising basement, ground and 7 upper levels plus rooftop plant. The new development will also provide 1no 2-bedroom apartment and 1no 3-bedroom apartment with associated ancillary facilities including restaurant, bar, gym and cycle parking.

The scheme, which is targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’, is located in the heart of London’s Victoria district with Victoria Station and the Apollo Victoria Theatre in close proximity.
