Design and build major regeneration scheme in Woking on a 74 acre site. ‘Yellow Phase’ includes 125 apartments built around a podium deck, a further standalone five storey block of 48 apartments all of which will be affordable, sixteen houses, a 965m² nursery, 828m² community space, 852m² retail shell and 236m² health centre.

Works also include creating public roads, paths and extensive landscaping and public realm development.
