Design and build major regeneration scheme in Woking on a 74 acre site. ‘Yellow Phase’ included 144 apartments built around a podium deck, with a further 43 apartments built in a standalone, five storey block.

Works also included the construction of public roads, a community car park, paths, landscaping and public realm development.

This was the final phase of a £136 million mixed use residential development completed by Gilbert-Ash.
