Internal and external refurbishment of 3no buildings at the renowned 3 Mills Studios, including the Gin Still, Custom House and Screening Room as well as ancillary areas and landscaping.

The scheme was funded by the London Legacy Development Corporation and is situated within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park development. The newly refurbished buildings provide additional space as well as more open plan, flexible working areas. The scheme also included an upgrade in acoustics, new digital infrastructure, AV equipment and modernisation of services throughout.
