Design and build ‘Red Phase’ of a major regeneration scheme in Woking on a 74 acre site. The project consists of a single block of 68 apartments built above an energy centre, 39 apartments above shop units, 7 maisonette apartments and 10 three storey townhouses.

Works include the construction of a ground floor car park with a landscaped podium roof together with an energy centre, retail shells and external public realm space.
