The third scheme within a Performance Related Partnering (PRP) Framework for Belfast Health & Social Care Trust. The project included demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a new Community Health Centre over four floors.

The building comprises 2no separate main blocks linked by a three storey internal ‘street’. Construction works included concrete frame structure with a mixture of block/facing bricks/curtain walling and cladding. The Centre provides clinical, social work, nursing, allied health professions and community medical services.
