Design and build new student accommodation (46 ensuite bedrooms), teaching and administration facilities, a high-quality performance theatre (148 seat auditorium), reception area designed as an orangery with views out to the gardens and grounds, kitchens and a basement for plant and storage.
The new buildings have stone-faced elevations finished in a honey coloured ashlar limestone to match that used elsewhere in the College.
