Unique and ambitious CAT B fit out of PwC’s stunning new Belfast headquarters. The high specification fit out created PwC’s largest office in the UK outside London with nine floors of ‘green’ working space.

Works included M&E installation, extensive IT and security infrastructure works, commercial kitchen and servery, internal solid and glazed partitions, meeting pods, bespoke joinery including refreshment points and construction of a feature staircase. Our delivery programme catered for an additional £12m Client Direct fit out carried out on a floor by floor basis over a sixteen week period.
