This project comprised the alteration and refurbishment of 3 listed buildings on Cadogan Place, Chelsea to provide 8 high-quality apartments, including additional extensions, new roof terraces, extensive basement works and underpinning.

The second project included the demolition of 4 mews houses on Cadogan Lane, construction of new dwellings including basements, alteration and refurbishment of three apartments. Excavations to a depth of 5 metres were required to form the basement.
