Refurbishment and extension of the Grade I listed college kitchen and dining building, dating back to 1560. The project included a new secant piled basement, a single storey extension to form the new kitchen and a discreet 3 storey extension including new staircase and lift.

Works also included internal alterations to enable the reconfiguration and expansion of kitchens, circulation spaces, WC facilities and the installation of a new passenger lift.
