Redevelopment of the existing Barnfield College, part of the West Herts College Group, into one Campus providing scope for future growth.

The Phase 2 works include the design and build of a four storey concrete frame specialist construction and engineering teaching block, providing teaching spaces, staff spaces and breakout areas including landscaping, car parking and external walkways.
