Development of a new college community for students and fellows within a conservation area. Croft Gardens includes c4,300m² of post graduate accommodation comprising 24no college family apartments, 60no graduate rooms and communal facilities, as well as substantial landscaping and external works.

The design team sought a project with 100 years' design life, as well as achieving full Passivhaus Classic standards across the four buildings. Croft Gardens will be carbon negative for the first 7-10 years of operation.
