Demolition of an existing medical building and construction of a new medical and wellbeing pavilion in its place. The new pavilion is formed in an L-shape with both elevations of the building tying in to the existing college buildings. This formed part of our overall £10m redevelopment of a number of buildings for Eltham College.

The new building contains medical treatments rooms, rest rooms, space for school counsellors, nurses and chaplains, as well as the Head of Wellbeing.

Blackened larch timber cladding encases the new building which will turn an attractive grey colour over time.
