Design and build demolition of an existing 8 storey office building followed by the complete design, construction and commissioning of a 14 storey, 294 bedroom hub by Premier Inn. The project included food & beverage fit out and external works.

The new hotel boasts an advanced electronic booking system, open internet access, meeting spaces, meet-and-greet spaces and highly efficient back-of-house facilities.
