Design, construction and commissioning of a 180 bedroom hub by Premier Inn Hotel and 6 storey office building in the London Borough of Islington. Works include fit out of food and beverage area, associated external works and drainage. The office element was completed to CAT A standard with exposed services and high-quality finishes. Works also included shell and core retail space for 3no units on the ground floor.

The entire project consisted of 5 varying façades including copper, zinc, aluminium, glazed curtain walling and GRC which gives the building its distinct sawtooth look.

Network Rail and London Underground trainlines run underneath the building, requiring close coordination and communication with their management teams.
