This project included the design and build refurbishment of an existing building to provide a new 369 key hotel in Paddington.

The new hotel incorporates both a hub by Premier Inn and a Premier Inn Hotel. Works included an extension to provide new 4th and 5th floors, a new structure to provide an extension along the Chilworth Mews elevation, an extension to lower ground and ground floors, with additional extension up to the 3rd floor. Cladding to both the existing and new structure was required, along with full internal fit out and new building services throughout.
