Refurbishment and internal fit out works to a part of the King Charles Street Headquarters, a Grade I listed building.

Works included replacement of roof coverings and glazing, new structural openings, supply and installation of a new lift, glazed partitions and doors, new security air locks, suspended ceilings, raised floor, new finishes and modifications to M&E services. New modern furniture and bespoke joinery was installed to form breakout and meeting areas.
