The construction and fit out of the Bravura House building included renovation to the front elevation including window and door frames.

Existing rooms were upgraded and redesigned to provide new functional layouts through construction of new partition walls, raised access floors and suspended ceilings. New lifts were installed in addition to new fixtures and fittings throughout.
