Design and build transformational regeneration to redevelop 14.6 acres in the heart of Stevenage in Hertfordshire.

Phase 1A, the former Swingate House and Car Park, is the first phase of the SG1 transformation. The former Swingate House building has been demolished. Works include the construction of a new residential apartment building comprising 261 dwellings and a retail/commercial unit.
