Design and build new 120 bed boarding house development, including the construction of 2no CLT timber frame boarding houses and refurbishment of the existing Antrim House. Works also included landscaping to Kingsgate Park and installation of a new all-weather MUGA pitch.

The new build is designed to Passivhaus standards and BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
