Design and build new 120 bed boarding house development, including the construction of 2no CLT timber frame boarding houses and refurbishment of the existing Antrim House. Works also include landscaping to Kingsgate Park and installation of a new all-weather MUGA pitch.

The new build is being designed to Passivhaus standards and the project is targeting BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
