Gilbert-Ash completed the redevelopment of Arnold House in the ‘Tech-City’ area of London. The former warehouse now contains a 75,000ft2 stand out office and retail space in a very contemporary environment.

Works included partial demolition, alteration, extension and reconstruction of the existing office building to provide a 9 storey completed CAT A office building with retail units on the basement and ground floors.

The building was extended at the ground floor with 3 new floors added to the existing fourth floor. The building was stripped back to the existing structure and received new cladding, windows and a new central core.
