Gilbert-Ash completed the redevelopment of Arnold House in the ‘Tech-City’ area of London. The former warehouse now contains a 75,000 sq.ft. stand-out office and retail space in a very contemporary environment.
Works included partial demolition, alteration, extension and reconstruction of the existing office building to provide a nine storey completed CAT A office building with retail units on the basement and ground floors.
The building was extended at the ground floor with three new floors added to the existing fourth floor. The building was stripped back to the existing structure and received new cladding, windows and a new central core.
