Design and build extension, refurbishment, alteration and fit out works to an existing 3 storey office building to provide CAT A office accommodation within a live business park. The works included 132 car parking spaces, bicycle racks and landscaping.

The building is developed to a high specification with state of the art LED lighting, a majestic steel ribbon staircase, floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and 2no roof terraces.
