Gilbert-Ash transformed the centre of Woking with the design and build extension, refurbishment, alteration and fit out works to this existing building to provide CAT A office accommodation and ground floor retail space.

Each level of the 8 storey commercial office and retail accommodation was extended through carefully cantilevered floor plates, and the addition of a new floor, increasing the building capacity by 25%.

The additional floor included an open roof terrace enabling an improved working environment for tenants including 360-degree views of the town.

A curtain wall system with high-specification glass was also incorporated, enhancing the office experience for the building’s end users.
