Construction of a new 150 seat multi-purpose auditorium for theatre productions and educational events within the existing iconic Grade A listed Grand Opera House.

Specialist theatre installations included a new stage, production lighting and audio systems, requiring careful consideration of the design and coordination of the services installation without compromising acoustics and many of the historic building’s original features, which were designed by the most prolific theatre architect of the period, Frank Matcham.
