Refurbishment of the existing Grade I listed Tate Liverpool with works encompassing all areas of the building including galleries and public spaces, staff rooms, kitchens and plant spaces.

Works comprise major structural alterations including breaking out floor sections, installation of new structural beams and columns, repainting, renewal of flooring & finishes and targeted repairs. Further works include removal of all existing services and plant to facilitate a full MEP upgrade.
