Demolition, new build and refurbishment of an existing Grade II listed building to provide new performance space, grand foyer/ bar, meeting rooms, offices, box office, accessible facilities, lift, public address and information system, improved lighting and servicing.

In the auditorium, we carefully refurbished the performance platform with its Walturdaw rising cinema screen, piano lift and organ console, installed new automated stage risers and improved technical infrastructure.
