Change of use of a Grade II listed former police station into a 219 bed hub by Premier Inn Hotel whilst conserving much of the existing buildings character and features.

The original façade was retained in addition to the entrance foyer, staircase and original Reading Room. The atrium becomes a gallery and exhibition space for highlighting the history of the former police station. The ground floor also features a restaurant and café facilities.
