Change of use of the Grade II listed former police station into a 219 bed hub by Premier Inn Hotel whilst conserving much of the existing building character and features.

The original façade is to be retained in addition to the entrance foyer, staircase and original Reading Room. The atrium will be used as a gallery and exhibition space for highlighting the history of the former police station. The ground floor will also feature a restaurant and café facilities.
