Redevelopment of the existing buildings for Emanuel School to provide a new Science and Dining Facility.
The works include strip out and demolition of existing buildings, followed by the design and build of a new science and dining facility over levels 1-4. The new building will provide 15no laboratories and 9no new classrooms, with a 948m2 dining facility, including front of house, back of house and all associated external and infrastructure works.
