Demolition of existing buildings and the design and build of a new indoor sports centre including sports hall, squash courts, climbing wall and bouldering, dojo, fitness gym, indoor archery, shooting range, equipment storage, changing facilities and landscaping.

Works also include refurbishment, extension and alteration of the existing historic gym and rifle range building, providing new dojo and gym, refurbished rifle range, new changing facilities, essential repairs, new roof structure and coverings, fit out and new MEP.
