This project included the construction of the new Maternity Unit at the Ulster Hospital, successfully delivered within an £80million PRP Framework. The building has 32 bed spaces and 16 single ensuite rooms together with 2no theatres. There are 7no birthing suites complete with birthing pools and all rooms have special baby bath units.

The building consists of a three storey concrete and steel frame with concrete flat slab floors and a lightweight curtain walling and cladding system.
