This project included the demolition of an existing 2 storey retail unit, followed by the construction of a new 5 storey building on the corner of Camden High Street and Delancey Street.

The new building provides an 80 bed hub by Premier Inn Hotel, ground floor A3 retail unit and 3no residential units with 2 bedrooms in each. The project also included associated external works.
