Design and build construction of an 8 storey building (including basement) in Fulham to provide a new 89-bedroom hub by Premier Inn.

The project was located on a small side road, with neighbouring shops and residences in close proximity. The site had a small footprint and was located on a corner which meant the logistics strategy was critical to success. Two full time Traffic Marshals were employed to direct site and general traffic.
