Design and build new 229 key Premier Inn hotel in the heart of Dublin. The works include construction of an 8 storey building plus basement and roof, with restaurant and reception to ground floor. BREEAM ‘Excellent’ targeted.

The project is located on a prominent site on Earl Place, Dublin 1, in the historic centre of the city, near to Nelson’s Pillar and O’Connell Street. The hotel forms part of a mixed use regeneration of Clerys Quarter, on the old site of the iconic Clerys Department Store, established in 1853.
