Design and construction of a new build 187 bedroom Premier Inn hotel and adjoining 4 storey residential building housing 4 apartments across two parcels of land: one at 78 West Street to 7 to 8 Middle Street; and one at 10 to 12A South Street.

The hotel will include a ground floor reception area, restaurant, back of house facilities and six upper floors. The hotel is to be constructed using an in-situ reinforced concrete frame with elements of stone cladding, brickwork, zinc cladding and extensive areas of biodiverse roof.
