Design and build mixed-use scheme located within the market town centre of Horsham, directly adjacent to the Horsham conservation area.

The project included the redevelopment of an existing leisure centre to provide a new independent 3 Screen Everyman Cinema, 92 bedroom Premier Inn Hotel and retail/restaurant units. The works also included service diversions, new supplies, external and public realm works.
