Design and build sensitive and sustainable redevelopment of an historic site in Borough, including a 99 bedroom hotel, two retail units, a gym and refurbishment of adjacent listed building.

The site has two different types of brick laid in a variety of brick bond and coursing including cream stack brick bond, hanging brick laid in soldier course and brick specials cut for non standard corners. The result is a stepped façade which projects the appearance of four different carefully constructed buildings.
