Completed in July 2018, this project comprised the design and construction of a 155 bed Premier Inn Hotel including food and beverage areas above two new retail units on the ground floor.

Works included associated relocation of the crossover, alterations to car park, pedestrian areas, service yard, lighting, landscaping and drainage.
