Twilfit House, Dublin, formally housing a gymnasium and Museum was purchased by Whitbread Plc in 2018 to expand its Premier Inn Brand hotel chain into the Republic of Ireland.

Works include demolition of the existing building and removal of existing gravestones, design and new build 206 bedroom Premier Inn Hotel and Ground Floor workspace and basement along with associated external works and incoming services.
