Design and construction of a 6 storey hotel and aparthotel building providing 330 guest units comprising a 180 bedroom aparthotel under the Locke brand and a 150 bedroom hotel under the Hyatt Centric brand. Basement car parking and amenity space to the ground floor were also included in the scheme.

The building is situated in Phase 1 of the NW Cambridge Development Masterplan with a nursery school, primary school, high end residential buildings, student accommodation and a community centre in close proximity.
