Demolition, design and build ten high-end luxury apartments and three commercial units over five storeys. Works included a beautifully landscaped courtyard within the affluent Barnsbury Square in Islington.

The site was restricted on three boundaries with residential properties as close as three inches from the site. Extensive excavation works were needed to create the double basement with specialist slimline sheet piles imported from Japan.
