Refurbishment and transformation of RIBA’s Grade II listed London headquarters. This project will be the pilot for the Net Zero Carbon Building Standard.

Works to this treasured heritage building include the strip out and replacement of building services, works to the external envelope to improve energy efficiency and prevent further water ingress. The sensitive refurbishment will improve accessibility throughout the building for all stakeholders and increase the visibility of the cafe and the shop to create a key attraction.
