The project involved the extensive refurbishment of the existing office building, including a new core and link corridor, complete services installation, CAT A office fit out to 4 floors, façade alterations, restoration and extensive stonework. Internally marble wall repairs were carried out along with Portland stone and granite repairs.

The renovations also included a cycle centre in the basement with shower facilities, lockers, drying rooms and cycle racks.
