Extensive external and internal refurbishment of an existing office to provide new CAT A offices and retail space on the lower ground floor.

Works included demolition of the front façade, strip out, internal demolition and alterations, strengthening works, new windows at the rear and a new stepped front façade with extension to boundary line, rooftop extension and rear extension. The new building also has a new roof terrace and garden.
